Steel Bender Brewyard and Colorado Malting collaborated to brew this single-malt, single-hop batch of Homegrown Pils, an all-American take on a classic. We used Wilderness Malt from Colorado Malting (the first time this variety has been used in North America!) and Amarillo hops (discovered & propagated in Washington State) . A truly all-American beer! Pair it with Green Chile Apple Sausage with caramelized shallot mashed potatoes and roasted peppers served all day long from our scratch kitchen!
