Blue Corn Malt Liquor.  Lager style beer made with New Mexico Blue Corn roasted and ground to brewer specifications.  Fermented at high temperatures with lager yeast to yield more complex character and assertive flavor.  A smooth but strong beer with smoky roasted notes from the blue corn.
