For the last Saturday of ABQ Beer Week we're bringing you a full night of brews and Jazz. That's right we got TWO ABQ Jazz Bands for you in one night! Mumbjumbo Jazz Band will open things up at 5pm with Brasilaris Trio shutting things down at 8pm! We'll have some special beers on tap in limited amounts so you can indulge for one sweet night.
We couldn't be happier to bring back #BeerRelease Thursday with All Together IPA, a worldwide #collaBEERation with Other Half Brewing Company (Brooklyn, NY) to support hospitality professionals who have been hit hard by restaurant closures due to COVID-19.
We brewed ours pretty darn close to Other Half's recipe (that, at last count, over 800 breweries from 52 countries and all 50 states have brewed!), other than using Bravo (instead of Columbus for the bittering hop) and upping the Simco a bit on the dry-hop. The result pours a hazy yellow with a rocky white head and boasts intense pineapple, guava, and citrus aromas. Tropical fruit dominates the palate as well with a bright grapefruit finish. Deceptively easy drinking and full of all the good stuff!
Starting Thursday (5/28), 12-oz. 6-packs of All Together IPA will be available for purchase for $15 with a portion of the proceeds going to the Serving NM Fund, which supports NM restaurant workers.

Two special things about this release:
1.) We will be donating ALL net proceeds of the beer sales to our staff in some form (details TBD) and we're trying to set records for amount of cans sold out of the taproom - please come support them with your business! We're canning a good amount - so no limits for this release.
2.) The release of this beer falls on Ex Novo New Mexico's 1-year anniversary! We had huge plans for this date before the pandemic, but we're happy to get to release a special beer for a special cause nonetheless.
Our version is pretty close to the original, clocking in at 7.0%, heavily hopped with Cascade, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe.
WHAT'S IN THE BEER?
Well with this mystery 4 pack that's about all you'll know. That and the ABV and IBUs. But, it's up to you to correctly pick the style, and write a description! Winner of course gets to name the beer to stick with that particular brew in perpetuity as we brew it and also gets a Tractor Prize Pack. Submit all info to jeremy@getplowed.com by Monday 2pm.
